Freeze a held-out set before capture, tap and curate teacher traffic against ground truth, catch a feedback signal that punishes correct answers, fine-tune a LoRA adapter, and keep it only if a pre-registered bootstrap test says so, then gate promotion with escalation back to the teacher. Runs on CPU; bring your own teacher key (a shipped answer cache covers the demo).
