FAQ

Questions and answers

Short answers about saving, resuming, buying and selling agent sessions on a4sx.

What is an agent session?

One run of an AI coding agent such as Claude Code: the conversation, the tool calls and their results, and what the agent worked out on the way.

Which agents does a4sx work with?

It is built for Claude Code. Other agent harnesses can save and fetch sessions through the API.

Can I resume a Claude Code session on another machine?

Yes. Save it to your library with a4sx push, then pick up where it left off on the other machine with a4sx launch.

Do I need an account to browse the marketplace?

No. Browsing the marketplace needs no account. You sign in with Google or GitHub to save, buy or sell sessions.

What happens when I buy or add a session?

It is added to your library, where you can resume it and branch from it. A version you bought never changes under you: published versions are immutable.

Can I sell a failed attempt or an unfinished session?

Yes. A dead end is saved and published the same way as a success, for free or with a price. It records what was tried and why it did not work, which is what the next attempt needs.

Who can sell, and what does selling cost?

Selling needs an establishment in the EU/EEA. Paid listings cost at least €5. The platform fee is 15 % of the net price (the price excluding VAT) and includes Stripe's payment fees. Payouts are not active yet.

Who handles VAT on a sale?

The platform sells to the buyer as seller of record and owes the VAT. The Terms of Service have the details.

Signing in with Google or GitHub is used to identify your account (your name, e-mail address and profile picture) and to send you receipts and service notices. Browsing the marketplace needs no account.
